Chairman & M. D.Mr. Ramesh Kavediya is a successful businessman having experience in multiple industries. While he played a significant role in the pharmaceutical distributorship firm that was functional from 1965-1995. He later on, moved on to the construction business to explore newer capital verticals. His expertise, dynamism, strategic thinking and effective networking are an asset to Aloeshell Pharmaa.

MBBS MD, Pharmacology, DirectorDr. Padmakar Pandit is an eminent personality, having 40 years' experience in medical teaching, research and administration. He has served as a Prof. of Pharmacology, Dean at Government institutions in Maharashtra, India. He is a scholar in drug development, ethics in biomedical research and rational therapeutics. He has several credible achievements in academics and various extracurricular fields.
